HTS Parent Portal

The HTS Parent Portal ( portal.hts.on.ca ) provides families with access to important tools and resources that are password protected and student specific. This includes access to the following applications:

• • Forms to be completed. For example,

Field trip authorization

Medical Forms

Merchandise Purchase

Contact information update

• Dynamic Student Calendar Access

  • Academic Scheduling (with information about altered schedules, assemblies/chapels etc.)

  • Visibility to upcoming assessments that are due (eg. tests)

  • Co-curricular scheduling, including sports, arts, innovation & tech and student life activities

• Grade or Student Specific Announcements

• Coming Soon - Student Dashboards

A Gmail email address is required to access the Parent Portal, please ensure you have a GMail address registered with the school. If you don’t have a registered GMail account and you would like to use the app, reach out to helpdesk@hts.on.ca, please provide your name and the student information.
